I had my best experience with any contractor I've had work at my house. I called for a quote on my old unit that had stopped working, and was given a time for the visit. I already had three quotes for replacing both units. Iceberg's tech Vic called an hour ahead to give his ETA, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was polite, professional, and far more informative than the previous companies that came out. After assessing everything, he checked whether just a part needed replacing, so he could quote both the repair and a new unit as options. Both units turned out to be toast, but the fact that he checked for a cheaper fix first says a lot about him and the company. That's what I call honest, and I knew right away this was who I wanted to do business with.
